"In early 2015 RMA took on the project of working with me on the modernization and renovation of my home. From our initial meeting where Rob was gleaming from me as to what I wanted from the house I knew that we would work well together to achieve the outcome that I sort for this beautiful home. Rob understood that I would have firm opinions on many things, and it was this that I wanted to be challenged to ensure that we achieved the best outcome both for the house but of course also for the owners/my family. Rob achieved this in all ways bringing together a team that worked to achieve a fabulous outcome. The result I would say is the best 1880s house in the state in terms of beauty and function which is equipped with all that someone living in 2020 could want! The attention to the finest detail was maintained throughout by the team at RMA and walking through the house today years after its completion it is that detail that continues to give so much enjoyment and pleasure day after day. "Building a house is a very personal thing. Using the right architect is essential because you are involved in the process for a long time, and need to be comfortable and work well with the architect. The difference between a good house and a great house is very much dependent on the skills, foresight, and interpretation of your likes and dislikes by your architect. We have used Rob Mills to design a home for our family three times. We have also had the misfortune to start to use other architects. So we feel that we are highly qualified to understand what constitutes GREAT ARCHITECTURE. Working with Rob has been a pleasure.
